This Privacy Policy describes how Snazzerra Apps LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information in connection with MiniG – Offline Mini Games (“the App”), a Flutter-based collection of 26 mini games available on Android for now.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

We do not collect any personal information.

The App functions entirely offline. It does not require an account, does not connect to the internet, and does not transmit any data to our servers or any third-party servers.

The only data the App stores is game-related data saved locally on your device using the device's local storage (shared_preferences), including:

• High scores and play counts for each game
• Achievement badges you have unlocked
• Game history (results, scores, timestamps)
• App preferences and settings

This data remains on your device at all times.

Since we do not collect any data, there is no usage to describe. The local data stored on your device is used solely to provide the App's features — such as resuming games, displaying high scores, and tracking achievements — entirely within the App itself.

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose any user data to third parties, because we do not collect any user data in the first place.

The App does not include any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or social features.

MiniG is designed to work 100% offline. The App does not request or require an internet connection. No network requests are made at any time during normal use of the App.

MiniG is suitable for all ages, including children. Because the App does not collect any personal information from any user, it inherently complies with children's privacy laws such as COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).

All game data is stored locally on your device using the standard secure storage mechanisms provided by your operating system. Since no data is transmitted externally, there is no risk of data interception in transit.

You can delete all locally stored App data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

Since we do not collect personal information, there is no data held by us to access, correct, or delete. All App data is stored locally on your device and is fully within your control.

To delete all App data, simply uninstall MiniG from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
